Fees and Payment Plans
FEES STRUCTURES FOR THE INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Please note that there are now 2 parts to the fees structure. One part (Resource fees) is paid strictly in US dollars and its $3,600.00 USD per year. The other part is paid in RTGS dollars per month.

- Chefs Uniform - $100.00 USD (1 jacket, 1 pair trousers, 1 chefs hat, 1 apron, 1 pair safety shoes)
- International Language: French in conjunction with Alliance Francaise and is compulsory. Only trainees who can provide proof that they have done it before (certificates) will be exempted. Fees of $360.00 USD includes all the material as well as examination fees.
- Digital Skills Passport : The Computer Package comprising of 10 modules. This is compulsory. Only trainees who can provide proof that they have done it before (certificates) will be exempted. Fees of $320.00 USD includes all the material as well as examination fees.
- Examination retake fees are $150.00 USD for the first retake and $250.00 USD for the second retake.
