Young Chef Olympiad 2016

The International Young Chef Olympiad 2016 is an event that brings talent from 30 different countries to India for a Grand Finale to be scheduled in Kolkata on the 31st of January. One of our finest trainees will be off to India to represent Zimbabwe in this international competition.

Our Objectives

These objectives will be met through formal teaching, "hands on" learning within the framework of the course, the monitoring of activities by the respective organizations where trainees will be attached and through participation in group situations.

Applications and Interviews for this intake are in progress. Potential trainees can visit the school in order to get more information about the programs on offer.

International Hospitality Management Business Diploma

This is a 2 year course with over 450 hours of tuition. On completion trainees would have gained over 1500 hours practical attachment. The tuition and practical attachment guarantee an all rounded graduate, competent in running large scale hospitality operations from day 1.
